In this role you will lead the management, growth and optimization of our collection of partners we collaborate with across our multi brand portfolio of HelloFresh, Chefs Plate and Factor in Canada. We collaborate with many partners through different executions such as buying advertising space within their audience network but also more complex collaborations where we build custom social campaigns and provide in kind products for more custom executions on the partner’s end. Your role will be to lead the coordination and execution of these different portfolios which we call Gift Cards & Flyers, Barter, and Growth Partnerships. You will be responsible for handling partner day to day requests, setting up HelloFresh’s side of the partnerships through internal systems and coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance, and working with the partner on how things could be improved.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partnerships and working closely with Partnerships Account Executive, you will join a Toronto based growth marketing team that is talented and driven. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

  • Own customer acquisition goals for 3 of our external partner portfolios - Gift Card & Flyers, Barter, and Growth Partnerships
  • Lead campaign execution by helping to plan and coordinate closely with clients that are partnering with HelloFresh, Chefs Plate and Factor on setup, messaging, discounts, channels used, and creative used
  • Communicate and collaborate with external partners in a positive and constructive manner that fosters and nurtures relationships that will help the business long term
  • Take ownership of optimizing operations and processes for setting up and tracking partnership channels (ie. how do we report and make sure everything was done correctly)
  • Write and submit concise briefs to the brand team to help with partner creative creation and iteration
  • Own logistics and inventory for partner campaign assets
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and internal reporting with HelloFresh finance team
  • Work with the Partnerships Account Executive to coordinate growth partnership marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders (i.e., client, brand team, operations team, and analytics)
  • Work alongside analytical thinkers and be comfortable with tracking, analyzing, reporting on, and presenting results on partners campaigns
  • Support lead generation and business development efforts when needed including rolling up your sleeves and reaching out to new partners
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 2-3 years in growth marketing, offline marketing, print media or project management, ideally in a fast moving technology company or similar.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills that help you closely monitor your business function and prioritize for success
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and either hands-on experience or willingness to quickly learn reporting and project management tools such as Tableau, JIRA, Asana
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus
  • A data and analytical driven approach to making business and operational decisions 
  • Experience finding and onboarding new partners including cold prospecting
  • You have strong organizational skills that help you closely monitor your business function and prioritize for success.
  • A strong business acumen and can translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
  • Past proven track record on negotiating, signing on, and relationship management of external stakeholders, partners, vendors.
  • You take a data and analytics-driven approach to making business and operational decisions
