Payments Head of Delivery & Product Manager

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities encompass a wide range of project management and product development tasks, focusing on the Payments domain. Here's a summary of your key duties:
- Facilitate project planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of key roadmap initiatives.
- Work with the Product Managers of other areas, Business Analysts, and the User Experience Team to scope and prioritize inbound epics.
- Manage integration projects and other larger initiatives within our Payments domain.
- Help ensure that all large projects/initiatives are delivered with high quality, customer-oriented features, and the highest possible attention to detail.
- Assist in ensuring that items on the Payment’s Roadmap meet their target deadlines.
- Coordinate internal resources, commercial teams, partners, and other stakeholders to flawlessly execute projects.
- Proactively explore possibilities to reduce time to market for larger initiatives – e.g., by standardizing ways of working or through other proposed initiatives.
- Ensure suitable tracking of the Payments Roadmap.
- Systematize ways of working and approaches to delivery management.
- Provide support to Product Managers/Product Owners and other key team members to improve delivery timelines.
- Be responsible for collecting and discussing requirements, maintaining an up-to-date list of prioritized initiatives, and providing estimates for delivery to Betsson’s B2B Partners.
- Ensure our stakeholders and internal customers receive proper support, service, and communication in terms of Product: Roadmap Planning, Releases, Collaboration on Common Projects, etc.
- Communicate product changes to all relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Analyse product performance and engage in in-depth investigation to improve results and performance.
- +5 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
- A highly analytical approach; ability to identify/prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
- A positive, can-do attitude, self-starter focused on execution and results.
- Relentless customer focus: the ability to view problems from the customer perspective and the drive to resolve them.
- A team player who can coordinate with stakeholders across the organization and outside of it, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work under pressure and balance competing demands on their time.
- Deep knowledge of payments, risk, fraud, and KYC from the iGaming industry.
- Experience working with Payment providers.
