Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (f/m/d/) to cover a mixture of Recruitment and HR activities!

Your Super Powers:
  • You have a degree in Communications, Human Resources, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology, or similar;
  • You are fluent in English and have a B2/C1 level of German;
  • You possess a thorough knowledge of the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding processes;
  • You’re familiar with the concepts of Boolean and Google X-ray searches and the basics of sourcing and outreach;
  • You’re a profound user of Excell and PowerPoint or Keynote;
  • You are a people-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • You can work on your tasks independently, but don’t hesitate to raise your hand and ask for help when needed;
  • You’re a curious listener who quickly absorbs the details and new information.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working as a recruiter or HR Coordinator for at least 1 year, or you have done extensive internships in these areas;
  • It is a plus if you have worked with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GreenHouse, and Personio before;
  • You’re interested in D&I, Company Culture, Recruitment, Software Development, Start-up scaling and other connected topics.
What You’ll Be Up To:
  • Helping the P&C team by covering operational tasks like emailing and handling paperwork to unlock the potential of the team and attempt to reach excellence in completing daily operations;
  • Assisting our Talent Acquisition Partner on hiring matters such are: reviewing applications, updating Job Posts, taking care of some bits of documentation, and taking over hiring for some entry-level roles step-by-step;
  • Keeping the P&C team accountable by keeping an eye on reaching our OKRs and updating other teams on our progress;
  • Assisting our HR BP with handling some operational tasks and culture-boosting initiatives and maintaining our HRM tool Personio;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding for new colleagues by booking hotels, scheduling training, and organizing hardware;
  • Participating in organising team events.
