​​The Opportunity​ 

​​We are seeking a People Analytics Manager who will contribute to the People team’s success by providing rich, data-driven insights and sound measurement strategy based on People data. The role requires collaboration with People Team and other business stakeholders to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations. As part of the organization, you’ll be leading a team of analysts, working on people analytics.

In This Role, You'll Get To:

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and solve key people challenges using data. 
  • Lead a technical team to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive action. 
  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection to insight delivery. 
  • Ensure data quality, privacy, and ethical use of people data. 

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • 5+ years’ experience in people analytics, business analytics, or a related field, 2-3 years’ experience as people manager. 
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI). 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • High-level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics as you’ll be dealing with people data. 

It's Great If You Have:

  • Experience with predictive modeling or advanced analytics. 
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS.
