THE JOURNEY

  • Act as the POC for all labor administration issues, ensuring all employee documentation is collected and signed in the correct format 
  • Manage onboardings, offboarding, and all job changes for an Africa scope with an emphasis on Morocco
  • Set up and maintain an orderly and compliant physical archive
  • Proactively ensure the company is compliant with local labor law regulations
  • Manage benefits for employees including acting as the POC for several providers (benefits and payroll providers)
  • Compile and negotiate conditions for benefits renewals
  • Identify employee knowledge gaps and create relevant materials and training to fill those gaps
  • Contact employees with regard to matters related to employee documentation
  • Create process documentation and manage change management for process changes
  • Supporting People Operations Generalist in any other tasks related to internal audit or administration in Africa and other regions (if needed)
  • Collaborating with an external payroll provider in matters related to employee documentation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2+ years of experience in labour administration ideally in an international environment
  • Degree/Background in law, politics, immigration law, employee relations, administration, business or similar is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Proactivity
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluency and perfect writing skills in French, Arabic, and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • You are based in Casablanca
