Why We Have This RoleFull-Time Summer Internship: This will be a 12 week summer internship. The ideal candidate is preparing to enter their senior year of undergraduate studies and is available to work full-time from May through August.
This dual-focused internship is designed to provide valuable support to two key strategic initiatives. For People Development, you’ll be hands-on in creating a central online space where our managers can quickly find and access everything they need to succeed in their roles. You'll be a key player in driving positive change by making all essential development tools, resources, and information readily available in one place for our people leaders. Simultaneously, your contributions to the People Brand + Belonging team's Senior Leader Inclusion Guide will help foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture, directly impacting our ability to attract and retain top talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the development of our internal leaders and the strength of our culture of belonging.

How You'll Grow
This unique internship offers a broad perspective on key aspects of Human Resources. In People Development, you'll gain hands-on experience in learning and development, project management, HR tools and platforms, and user experience. Within People Brand + Belonging, you'll develop skills in culture and inclusion initiatives, content creation, leadership development, data analysis, and exploring innovative technologies like AI in HR. This dual exposure will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent, setting you up for strong career opportunities in the future.
Things You'll Do
People Development (approximately 20 hours/week):
- Conduct a thorough audit of existing manager resources, including internal documents and learning platforms, and organize findings in a clear format.
- Support the design and structure of the Manager Central by contributing to wireframes, information architecture, and content categorization.
- Assist in curating and summarizing key learning resources from platforms like LinkedIn Learning and internal systems for inclusion in the portal.
- Help facilitate the pilot launch by assisting with communication to the pilot group, managing access, and tracking initial usage data.
- Gather and analyze feedback from the pilot group to identify areas for improvement for the Manager Central.
People Brand + Belonging (approximately 20 hours/week):
- Assist in the development of a "Senior Leader Inclusion Guide" by researching best practices and analyzing relevant data (e.g., inclusion Manager Effectiveness scores).
- Help curate actionable steps and resources that senior leaders can implement to increase inclusion within their teams.
- Explore and learn about AI products within our Employee Experience (EX) platform to identify potential applications for the Inclusion Guide.
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials that empower senior leaders to self-service and drive inclusion.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, with rising Senior status.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding of inclusion principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across two teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
