Your mission

As People Development Manager (all genders) you accompany our employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You will develop and implement concepts and programs for personnel development. You will take on responsible tasks and projects, contribute your ideas and thus help shape the company. This includes: 

  • Responsibility of development journey of every employee from onboarding onwards, this includes e.g. the feedback loops, performance reviews 
  • Conception, implementation and monitoring of target-oriented qualification as well as training and further education programs  
  • Analyses with regards to departmental technical and personal training and development needs  
  • Selection of suitable qualification methods as well as external providers for qualification   
  • Design, implementation and conduction of internal trainings for employees and managers 
  • Monitor the measures taken and regular preparation of reports and KPI-based evaluations   Development, maintenance and further development of the competence matrix 
  • Identification, implementation and moderation of new meeting formats with regard to developmen
  • Develop and monitor the benefits program 
  • Creation of a coaching pool 
This is a role that was created recently which means that there is a lot of space for you to develop.  

What you bring on the table

  • Successfully completed master's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration or a comparable field 
  • 5+ yrs professional experience in people development in an international scale-up organization 
  • Experience in designing, implementing and executing concepts  
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging  
  • Able to build relationships and discuss with people at different levels of the organization, demonstrating active listening skills and a collaborative working style 
  • Very good communication skills across different hierarchical levels    
  • Professional moderation skills and ability to motivate and influence others positively 
  • Persuasiveness, assertiveness, ability to deal with conflict and empathy, hands-on mentality 
  • Ideally gained experience in space industry 
  • Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite
