📣  A bit about the role.  

Reporting into the People Manager, you will be an integral part of the Butternut squad. We currently have over 600 squad members in Operations across two sites, both based at Blyth, Worksop.  You’ll partner with the teams on site to ensure our squad members feel valued, listened to and part of our Butternut Box journey. You’ll also bring a sprinkling of fun along the way through surprise and delight, and engagement activities. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with leaders and teams to create a positive work environment
• Championing engagement through surveys, forums, and a little surprise & delight
• Coaching People Leaders on performance, development & wellbeing
• Driving our diversity & inclusion plans 
• Supporting talent reviews & feedback cycles to develop a high performing culture

✔️ Experience in a senior people role (FMCG or manufacturing)✔️ CIPD qualified or equivalent experience✔️ Skilled in coaching, engagement & handling complex situations✔️ Loves dogs (naturally)
