 People Operations Analyst at Collibra are responsible for
  • Manage employee processes across the lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes (e.g., promotions, transfers), and employment verifications.
  • Oversee background checks, visa and immigration support, and maintain accuracy in employee data and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day benefits administration for new hire enrollment, renewals, and act as a point of contact for benefits inquiries.
  • Support benefits market analyses, the implementation of new offerings, and the roll-out of benefit programs and updates.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Czechia, providing guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with Czech labor laws and giving support on payroll and benefits related matters.
  • Review and implement employee policies, handbooks, and local labor regulations, coordinating updates as needed across EMEA.
  • Serve as the first line of support for employees with HR-related questions, managing inquiries and ensuring resolution with effective communication and customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to manage leave-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives, supporting a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Take ownership in documenting workflows, updating existing procedures, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve and scale HR processes.
  • Maintain confidential employee e-files and support data integrity within Workday.
  • Work closely with the Global People Operations team on projects and initiatives to enhance People Operations function efficiency and employee experience.
You have
  • Experience: 2 years in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Coordinator, ideally within an international setting.
  • Czech Labor Law Knowledge: Very good understanding of Czech labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in both Czech and English, with strong skills in written, verbal, and virtual communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR systems, like Workday, with an emphasis on maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a process-driven mindset, skilled at identifying and driving improvements.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Within your first month, you will
    • Successfully onboard and offboard employees in EMEA, demonstrating proficiency in all required processes and documentation.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Czech labor law and its application to HR processes.
    • Achieve proficiency in using Workday for employee data management, including accurate data entry and report generation.
  • Within your third month, you will…
    • Successfully supports the immigration process for employees in EMEA, demonstrating understanding of visa requirements and relevant regulations.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in handling employee benefit inquiries and resolving issues independently.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of at least one improved HR process, documenting changes clearly and effectively.
  • Within your sixth month, you will…
    • Take ownership of specific projects (e.g., implement/update the employee handbook to reflect legislative changes) and successfully manage it to completion.
    • Proactively identify and implement process improvements within your area of responsibility, resulting in demonstrable efficiency gains (e.g., reduced processing time, fewer errors).
