Are you a passionate, people-oriented HR Operations Manager with strong expertise in Europe and the Middle East region, particularly in Israel? We are seeking a motivated, independent, collaborative People Operations Manager to oversee our day to day operations and initiatives across Europe and the Middle East. This role requires a creative and hands-on individual who can collaborate closely with the team to implement new processes, manage entity openings, and optimize team performance. You will have the opportunity to impact our company’s culture and growth while partnering with the Director of Global People Operations and the broader People and Talent team.
What you’ll do
As the People Operations Manager for Europe and Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s people operations and HR initiatives across the region. You will partner closely with the Director of Global People Operations and the broader People and Talent team to design and implement programs that enhance employee experience and support operational excellence. Here’s a closer look at what you will be doing day to day:
Partner with Global People Operations - you will work hand in hand with the Director of People Operations to develop and implement strategic people operations programs tailored to the unique needs of our teams in Europe and Middle East. From onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between, you will ensure that our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our company values.
Lead Team Activities - You will take the lead in planning and executing team activities that foster collaboration and engagement. Whether it’s organizing virtual team-building events, coordinating training sessions, or managing internal team communications, you will be instrumental in shaping our team culture and morale.
Navigate Entity Openings - A key aspect of your role will be to guide the process of opening new entities in the region. You will leverage your expertise in project management, payroll processes, benefits administration, and employment compliance to navigate the intricacies of the entity set up. You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization, including Finance, Legal, Tax & Payroll teams and Business Partners.
Optimize HR Tools & Systems - You will collaborate with management to optimize the use of our people management tools and HRIS systems. By leveraging technology effectively, you will streamline processes, generate insightful reports, and empower data-driven decision-making through the organization.
Manage and Lead - You will lead a dedicated team based in Europe, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your ability to bridge gaps across time zones and culture will be essential in driving team performance and achieving operational goals.
Drive Innovation - Finally, you will bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table, continuously seeking ways to enhance employee experience, boost productivity and streamline operations. Your creativity and passion for improvement will make a tangible impact on our company’s success.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Minimum of 5 years HR operations management, with a focus on Europe and the Middle East, particularly Israel.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws, payroll regulations, benefits administration, and entity opening processes in the region.
- Experience managing HRIS systems, conducting data analysis, and utilizing Excel for reporting and audits.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading and managing teams across different locations.
- Creative mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and enhancing employee engagement.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
