✅The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced People Partnering Director to join the People team, and play a pivotal role in supporting our key business areas as they undertake a period of significant change.

Reporting to Angela Williams (Chief People Officer), you will leverage your proficiency in target operating model and organisation design to drive impactful People/HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster sustainable growth.

 

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Experience and previous success in strategic business partnering. Ability to build strong, trusted and effective partnerships with Market and and functional Executive leaders. This includes building strong, credible and trusted relationships, partnering to deliver organisation design and talent/workforce plans that meet the needs of the business area.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and solutions that enable our key business areas to achieve their objectives.
  • Lead initiatives related to target operating model and organisation design, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Partner with our teams to implement strategies that support business needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, pay, performance & talent

✅Essential

  • Experience of partnering with C-Suite in a highly commercial, product, technology and customer led organisation across multiple geographies and jurisdictions and especially US, UK and India.
  • Ability to understand the overall strategy for our key business areas and translate it into actionable HR initiatives that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Proficiency in understanding, developing, and implementing TOM frameworks to optimise organisational structure, processes, and capabilities.
  • Experience in designing and redesigning organisational structures, roles, and workflows to enhance efficiency, agility, and alignment with business goals.
  • Skilled in managing organisational change processes
  • Strong consulting skills to collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability and proven track record to deliver best practice and pragmatic people solutions across all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Bring best practice thought leadership, understanding of the market or function.
  • Act as the ambassador for the People team and ensure engagement with the people strategy and priorities is brought to life in the market/functions they work with.
  • Build, lead and inspire a high performing team of business partners and coordinators
  • Can understand and implement best practice standards and people data management they "know what good looks like" across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Track record of delivering multiple change programmes across Europe, UK and US.
  • Provide evidence of leading and engaging with the People strategy, influencing business leaders, played an active role in the SLT and building credibility on delivery.
