People Reporting Analyst

About the role 

Your role will sit within our People analytics team. You will manage reporting on important people metrics and communicate these to different audiences in the business. You will analyse trends and uncover drivers and causes. You will work with the people leadership, HRBPs, recruitment, DEI and compensation teams to help inform global initiatives to improve the organisation's health. 

We’re looking for someone that has experience with People data  and understands the impact it can have in a scaling tech company. This is an individual contributor role, but one to have a lot of responsibility and influence. You will report to the Director of People Strategy & Initiatives and be based in Manchester, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Define important metrics to track across attrition, gender/ ethnicity representation, engagement.

  • Manage monthly reporting packs for the executive and people leadership teams

  • Analyse new trends and uncover drivers causes and share relevant recommendations

  • Build relationships with the people leadership team and other partners (recruitment / HRBP teams) to help inform additional areas of interest for reporting

  • Turnaround requests for people data/ analysis received from time to time by the executive and people leadership teams

  • Partner with the wider people analytics team to support long-term people analytics program

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in reporting and analytics at a fast-growing tech company

  • Ability to build structured reports and recommendations to executive partners

  • Ability to develop partnerships across all levels of the organisation

  • Ability to work independently and through ambiguity
