The Challenge 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Services Analyst to assist our People Services department with administrative and other HR-related tasks. The People Services Analyst will perform various administrative tasks, support our People department’s daily activities and the implementation of data and documentation governance.

This is a hybrid role that must reside in Madrid.

Your Mission 

  • Efficiently organize and rearrange document folders, ensuring a streamlined and intuitive structure for easy access.
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
  • Merge relevant documents into cohesive folders, optimizing information flow and enhancing overall organization.
  • Update our internal databases with employee information.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Address employee queries about common topics.
  • Be accountable for management of employee files.

You Are 

  • Proficient level of English required 
  • Highly organized and able to multitask 
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus 
  • Experience with MS Office, Sharepoint is a plus
  • Organizational skills 

Start Date: Asap.

Duration; 4 months.20h/week
