Location: Bucharest (hybrid, 2 days in-office)

 

Position Overview: 

The People Specialist will be the first-line People point-of-contact in the newly-established Bucharest office. They will play a crucial role in helping us attract and hire talent, and offer an optimal employee experience. The scope of this role is a combination of People Operations and Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end responsible for recruiting processes including sourcing through various channels, qualifying candidates through resume screening and first interviews, guiding candidates through the interview process and negotiating/closing offers
  • Own the candidate experience. Collaborate with Hiring Managers, the People Operations and Onboarding team to deliver a high quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Understand and act accordingly to our compensation philosophy, different types of contracts, benefits and other compensation related topics
  • Creatively promote the Showpad brand via social and professional networks to potential candidates as well as collaborate with marketing on innovating our employment brand .
  • Answer first-line People Operations and employee relations queries from employees.
  • Collaborate on implementing Comp & Ben frameworks.

 

Are you our next People Specialist?

  • 1-3 years experience as a Recruiter and/or HR generalist  Good understanding of Romanian labour law and comp&ben landscape
  • Experience with HRIS (ideally Workday) and ATS Systems (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Coachable team player, eager to learn
  • Strong work ethic
