Your Role at Teads:

  • In-depth Knowledge Acquisition: Develop a thorough understanding of Teads' advertising platform, Performance Products, and client needs.
  • Strategic Sales and Relationship Building: Implement strategic sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and secure new deals.
  • Revenue Growth and Strategy Refinement: Drive significant revenue growth, increase meeting frequency related to performance, secure re-bookings, and refine sales strategies.
  • Continuous Performance and Development: Achieve sales strategy and growth targets, maintain consistent client engagement, and contribute to product development excellence. Additionally, become a Performance Specialist by fostering trust across teams, maintaining client relationships, and providing insightful campaign performance monitoring.

Key Criteria & Responsibilities

  • Act as a 'Consultant' for Performance, advising on strategy and best practices both internally and externally
  • Support Sales with pitching, RFPs, case studies, and fostering growth and new business.
  • Train internal and external teams on new solutions, products, or optimisation techniques.
  • Lead Performance Workshops and Certifications.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving growth targets focused on Mid & lower-funnel objectives with local sales team support.
  • Identify new leads and prospects across the performance landscape.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, managing client expectations for successful campaign management.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, troubleshooting as required, and creating upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to improve the performance business and drive client growth.
  • Assess market needs, guide product development, and oversee the launch of new advertising solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Share market insights and experience with internal teams to improve the performance offering.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Performance Advertising - Mid and Low Funnel (CPC, Quality Traffic, CPL, CPA, and ROAS, Attribution Models, Attribution Platforms & Optimization Strategies).
  • Experience in new business development and lead generation.
  • Extensive background in digital advertising and programmatic.
  • Proven sales track record, achieving revenue goals.
  • Preferable experience in Native, Display, Video, and CTV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to merge sales tactics with strategic insights.
