We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager who can expand our brand awareness and early stage target account engagement. The primary responsibility of the Performance Marketing Manager is to manage advertising across paid social properties. The secondary responsibility is to manage our organic presence on social media content, creating an interactive relationship between end users/influencers and the company. The successful candidate must also have design skills sufficient for creating display ads and social posts. In addition, this role will run our employee advocacy platform to drive more employee engagement across social channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow pipeline through performance marketing programs across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other properties
  • Collaborate with other marketers handling Paid Search, SEO, Email, and Marketing Ops
  • Acquire a working understanding of Sumo Logic’s products 
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our customers and the problems/challenges they face
  • Design and implement paid and organic social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily 
  • Grow employee advocates and manage our employee advocate platform
  • Cross-collaborate with product, field and partner marketing, HR and others to develop and diversify social content
  • Monitor and manage conversations and questions with followers
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design and work with Brand to keep fresh

 

Requirements

  • Experience implementing “Revenue R&D” strategies across paid media campaigns
  • Cyber-security, IT, or related industry background preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager in the B2B space
  • Experience in optimizing social content for LinkedIn, X and Reddit
  • Hands-on experience in design (Canva, Adobe, Creatopy, etc.)

Sumo Logic Privacy Policy. Employees will be responsible for complying with applicable federal privacy laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies related to data protection.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $121,000 - $164,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
