Performance Marketing Manager

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead paid search and social efforts to drive high-quality leads and real business results. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: campaign management, A/B testing, audience targeting, analytics, attribution modelling and continuous optimization.

What you’ll do Paid Social and SEMPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns (Search ads, Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Retargeting, Message Ads, etc).
Own audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize impact together with agency partners.
Build and manage a continuous experimentation pipeline to iterate on audience targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and channel strategies for maximum impact.
Track and analyze campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Tag manager and CRM data.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Leverage UTM tracking, attribution models, and multi-touch analytics to refine audience targeting and increase efficiency.
Work closely with the demand generation, content, and creative teams to align LinkedIn Ads with full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute lead gen strategies that attract, nurture, and convert high-intent prospects.
Stay ahead of LinkedIn, Google and Meta best practices, trends, and algorithm changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
Solid experience driving demand/digital marketing for SaaS or other technology products or services.
Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, buying, managing, optimizing and conversion tracking on digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Looker.
A data-driven mindset with experience in building reports, analyzing performance, attribution modeling and optimizing campaigns.
Ability to turn numbers into insights and continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
