Partners are a fundamental part of Glovo’s ecosystem. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Partner Growth - SSU) who will help us attract and engage potential partners globally to our Self-Sign-Up (SSU) channel. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive qualified leads to our SSU funnel. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong attention to performance metrics, and a creative approach to scaling acquisition efforts efficiently.

 

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

 

  • Manage the global end-to-end marketing cycle for acquiring new partners through paid search and social channels (e.g., Google and Facebook) across 23 countries.
  • Define and manage monthly budgets across all markets, ensuring efficient and impactful resource allocation.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize digital marketing strategies—from KPI definition and budget planning to campaign launch, reporting, sales conversion rate, and insights generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements to maximize partner self sign up portal conversion rate and acquisition volume.
  • Act as the go-to person for local and regional teams, aligning partner acquisition strategy with local market needs.
  • Run ongoing A/B testing across channels, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and formats to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with local teams, design, and comms to develop high-performing and localized creative assets.
  • Work cross-functionally (product, design, local marketing teams, analysts, Martech) to build scalable solutions for partner acquisition.
  • Optimize partner self sign up landing pages and explore SEO opportunities to maximize discoverability and partner conversion.

YOU HAVE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Solid understanding of digital tracking and measurement (tagging, attribution, incrementality testing, utm parameters, etc.).
  • Confidence in owning performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns from scratch and driving measurable growth.
  • Analytical mindset and passion for performance-driven growth.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills required
  • Looker, SQL, Tableau or Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user journeys within self-serve funnels is highly valued.
  • Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • An understanding of B2B Sales and restaurant self sign up funnel is a plus.
