About this role : 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Team Lead (PPC/SEA) in Málaga to join our Global Marketing team. Our Performance Marketing Team contributes to the growth and profitability of the company by managing campaigns on paid marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-5 PPC Specialists and be the main point of contact for alignments with main stakeholders and solving team’s challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain and grow PPC/SEA paid advertising campaigns running in about 20 countries via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Take on full responsibility for research of the latest online marketing tactics and technology, development and communication of team’s strategy, and reporting of team’s performance KPIs to different global and local stakeholders.
  • Train team on best practices, strategy and critical thinking to increase operational efficiency and campaign ROI/ROAS.
  • Be responsible for the set up of performance marketing channels and campaigns, in-depth data analysis, scaling conversion campaigns, conducting AB tests, and optimizing ads, keywords, bids and landing pages.
  • Work on channel development projects where in-depth evaluation of various factors is required.
Your Profile : 
  • 4+ years hands on experience in Google Ads, SEA/PPC with a proven track record of people management. 
  • Proficiency in Search Query Optimization, Keyword Research, AB testing etc. in Google Ads and managing medium to large PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • Knowledge of techniques to improve paid advertising campaigns and drive ROI/ROAS
  • A striking analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and outstanding ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment with high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Vlookup formulas and PivotTables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent experience or at least 4 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role.
