The role

As Market Supply Planner, you are the supply chain owner for your market, owning Service, Cash and Cost KPIs. You’ll lead our supply strategy and planning, that ensures ingredients availability at most optimum supply chain setup. This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers, to our Production, Menu Planning, HelloConnect, Warehouse and Logistics teams. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. What you’ll do
  • Lead supply planning for Fresh/Short Shelf-Life categories, ensuring that ingredientsare available on-time and in-full from our suppliers
  • Own market supply strategy and target inventory level for your categories
  • Understand latest forecast updates, with key implications for our ingredients andpackaging materials availability
  • Plan new requirements based on the latest SKU FCST vs. Total Inventory
  • Plan Delivery Schedule, adjust Delivery Settings and Maintain Suppliers' Split acrossall Suppliers to one distribution center
  •  Reduce our inventory through systematic approach and structural interventions
  • Proactively eliminate supply risks, root cause issues and work on mitigation plans
  • Ensure target suppliers’ split and allocation is maintained as per contracted terms
  • Investigate incidents reported and ensure systematic issue resolution
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in one of the areas like supply chain planning, inventoryplanning, in-stock management, or procurement
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, root cause and action plan inefficiencies inprocesses and systems
  • Demonstrated ability define and monitor process adherence metrics
  • Strong and proven experience in multiple stakeholders management, with conflictingpriorities
  • The ability to craft long-term internal and external business relationships, managechange and provide strategic leadership is essential
  • Superior analytical and data analysis skills, problem solving techniques, structuring ofcomplex projects
  • Capable to thrive in flexible team structure around the world with a healthy degree ofuncertainty
  • Structured methodology in approaching issues and leading improvement initiatives
  • Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch,French, Spanish, Italian)
  •  Experience in working with Microsoft Office programs & G-Suite
