This role reports into our Boston office Monday-Thursday (remote flexibility on Friday). This role requires some travel to Physical Retail store locations within the Boston area (Dedham, Burlington, Lynnfield, MA.)

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate hiring and promotional events for the upcoming launches of new stores
  • Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with in-store recruitment efforts including but not limited to creating offer letters, monitoring pre-employment screening, providing communication related to new hire orientation to candidates, etc.
  • Collaborate and provide administrative support to in-store leaders and recruiting teams as needed 
  • Create and post jobs in our ATS and maintain accuracy with ATS/recruiting tools and effectively leverage these tools to deliver results
  • Complete sourcing activities via various sourcing platforms, social media posts and other top of funnel levers to drive applicant flow for job openings

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and 1+ years of experience in event planning, event management, executive assistant, field marketing, and/or related fields
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to physical retail stores frequently
