Payoneer’s Platform organization brings together Product, R&D, Data, IT and core capabilities that enable the company to scale and execute.
We are looking for a Platform Content & Engagement Lead to translate Platform strategy, priorities and execution into clear narratives, high-quality content assets and shared engagement moments that drive alignment and momentum across the organization.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role embedded within the Platform organization, working closely with Platform leadership and in close alignment with Corporate Communications and HR.
What you'll do:
- Own Platform content and narrative, turning strategy, priorities and execution into clear, actionable stories
- Create original content assets for Platform leadership, including narratives, decks, messaging frameworks and recurring formats
- Own and evolve The Wire, Platform’s internal newsletter, including editorial judgment, content creation and execution
- Establish and maintain Platform content cadence and engagement rhythm that supports execution and alignment
- Design and lead content-driven engagement moments such as fireside chats, demos, AMAs and leadership forums, with a clear execution purpose
- Partner closely with Platform leaders to sharpen messages, clarify priorities and support cross-team alignment
- Translate complex product, technology and organizational topics into accessible, high-quality content
- Work in close alignment with Corporate Communications and HR, ensuring consistency of tone and shared standards while preserving Platform context and depth
- Use AI as a core leverage tool to accelerate drafting, iteration and scaling of content and engagement workflows
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in content, narrative, internal engagement, strategic communications or similar roles
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders on real execution topics
- Strong writing, storytelling and content-design skills, with excellent editorial judgment
- Experience operating in product, technology or platform environments
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership, judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, evolving organizations
- Highly collaborative and effective working across Product, R&D, HR and Corporate Communications
