We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our internal platform that supports development teams hosting their applications. For this position, you can be based remotely anywhere within Europe.
Your ChallengeAs a Platform Engineer at Scrive, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our internal platform that supports development teams hosting their applications.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing and provisioning infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
Automating system provisioning with Ansible.
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and enhancing system reliability.
Handling tasks assigned via Jira to improve platform performance.
On call on a rotating schedule with the rest of the engineers in the team, ensuring our platform is available to our customers and developers.
You’ll work closely with other engineers to ensure our platform runs seamlessly, enabling Scrive’s services to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

We believe you are a constant improver, someone who thrives in solving complex technical challenges and can collaborate effortlessly with colleagues. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Permanent residency in EU
Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code and provisioning.
Hands-on experience managing and administering Kubernetes clusters.
Strong troubleshooting and software development skills.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to infrastructure (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash).
Solid understanding of infrastructure management and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience of AWS + Openstack
Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
