PR & Sustainability Communications Intern
The Role
Are you a student with a passion for PR and Communications, eager to learn more about building media relations and have an interest in food? Then you might be our new PR Intern.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated PR Intern to join the HelloFresh Nordics team from August/September 2024. If you are highly motivated, structured, and hands-on, this is a great opportunity for you to work on business-critical projects and gain valuable work experience in the field of PR and communications while working closely with the local and global Brand Team.
- Internship period is flexible depending on educational track
- Working hours: 30-37 hours/week with the possibility of variation over the course of the internship
- Preferred start date: August/September 2024
- Internship is unpaid
- Assist in execution of PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, publicity and consideration
- Collaborate with the local PR Manager to create and implement PR and Sustainability communication projects across various channels, including planning, project management and reporting
- Help monitor and analyze the performance of PR and communication initiatives
- Support research on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities
- Provide general administrative support to the Brand Team as needed ie. taking meeting notes, supporting translation requests, collecting and analyzing data for reports etc.
- Recent graduate or current student in the field of PR, Communication, Journalism, Marketing and/or Social Media or a related field
- A knack for project management and a structured approach to solving tasks
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A pragmatic and hands-on ‘can do’ attitude
- A creative mindset that allows you to propose innovative solutions to future and present challenges
Must haves
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and professional knowledge of at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian)
- An understanding of the media landscape in the Nordics within News, Lifestyle and Food
- Interest in popular culture and trends in society
