The PITCH

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated PR Account Manager to join our Marcomms team as part of an exciting new venture for the company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of PR clients’ across the VaynerX business, to deliver a modern public relations offering that puts social at the center of everything we do. We deliver ‘traditional’ PR but, recognizing that social platforms are the stages for actual consumer attention, we optimize this to a social-first approach. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, and work with various VaynerX entities as we expand our PR client base.  

Here’s where you come in.

  • Manage client relationships and be daily PR point of contact, working closely with the EVP, Global Head of Communications and/or the relevant account lead on the creative/media side (where applicable). 
  • Have a deep bench of consumer PR contacts and a hunger to build your rolodex
  • Be a social native – tapped in on trends in “traditional” PR, and also channels like TikTok, Instagram, LI, and more
  • Be proactive AF – ready to come up with new strategies to land key messages across markets
  • Be a citizen of the world (or aspiring to be!), and proactive with APAC, EMEA, LatAm
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and target cohorts. 
  • Collaborate effectively with inter-agency teams to develop PR plans aligning with integrated strategies for our clients 
  • Develop news angles, stories, and pitches to further the client’s profile. 
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on PR best practices. 
  • Closely partner with the creator team to brief social assets and amplify PR efforts. 
  • Manage client status calls.
  • Analyze PR and social coverage and develop monthly reports. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts. 
  • Bilingual is a strong plus 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
