About the team:
As a PreSales Representative in Berlin you'll be a key contributor to the German sales team’s overall success.
What you'll do
- Contact inbound prospective businesses in a timely manner and qualify them for the Sales team
- Capture and document customer qualification information within Salesforce, ensuring a high standard of data quality
- Promote the SumUp’s product ecosystem and address potential questions or concerns to strengthen future customer engagement
- Convert high volumes of qualification calls into appointments for Account Executives
- Reactivate leads when required
About you
- You have an initial work experience with direct customer communication responsibilities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- You are passionate about building relationships via phone calls
- You demonstrate solid listening and presentation skills
- You are able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- You are eager to learn, grow and develop your career
- Prior experience with a CRM system, in particular Salesforce would be considered a plus
