With signature events like X4, a global sales organization, and a fast growing business, Qualtrics is seeking an experience individual contributor to harness the power of data analytics to drive sophisticated marketing strategies. This role goes beyond dashboards as you will provide strategic guidance that informs our global marketing initiatives, directly influencing the growth trajectory of our field marketing, demand generation, product marketing and business development efforts. Your influential position will interface directly with senior sales, marketing, and operations leadership, providing insightful recommendations that underpin our marketing success and fuel market expansion.   How You’ll Find Success You’ll know you’re doing an excellent job when you are proactively delivering actionable insights to inform and shape marketing strategies, campaigns, and overall performance. We expect that within your first year, you will have revolutionized how we deliver insights - moving to a more strategic approach. With your experience in B2B marketing analytics, you will utilize your strong business acumen to understand the broader marketing landscape and company objectives. As the most senior analyst on the team, you will be the go-to subject matter expert and help foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.   How You’ll Grow You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, providing you with the day-to-day challenge of solving complex problems in an ever-evolving landscape. As you steer our operations toward success, you’ll master the art of strategic decision-making and analytic problem-solving while navigating complex marketing challenges.   Things You’ll Do
  • Use advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that support the day-to-day and strategic decisions of our field marketing, demand generation, and SDR teams. Provide additional insight as to how marketing can support Sales, Customer Success and Partner.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making processes and tailor marketing strategies to cater to different markets and customer segments on a global basis
  • Drive a unified view of all marketing data sources, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the customer journey and enhance lead generation and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing campaigns are informed by solid analytics and tailored to drive demand and support the sales pipeline.
  • Implement predictive models to optimize marketing campaigns and targeting efforts
  • Stay updated with the latest in marketing technology and analytics, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions where appropriate.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to build their technical and analytical skills.
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong technical skills in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, using MySQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of various machine learning algorithms used for predictive modeling
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Proven track record in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior analysts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
