Principal of Product Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal Product Operation to work in a collaborative and innovative environment and gain hands-on experience in product operations and execution, reporting to the VP of Product Operations. In this role, you will support our product execution efforts and play a key role in assisting with the planning, roadmap development, framework implementation, and process optimization.

 What you’ll be spending your time on: 

  • Support Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development:Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps that align with our business objectives. Help ensure that product initiatives are well-planned and communicated across the organization.
  • Frameworks & Processes:Help establish, refine, and implement product frameworks and processes that drive efficiency and consistency. Support the team in maintaining best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Tools & Systems Management:Assist in the identification, implementation, and management of tools and systems necessary for effective product delivery. Help ensure these tools are integrated into workflows and utilized effectively.
  • Learning & Development:Participate in fostering a continuous learning environment within the product organization. Assist in identifying skill gaps, providing training opportunities, and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Project management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently. Additionally, help manage risk assessment and problem-solving to adapt to the dynamic fintech landscape.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product execution efforts. Assist in preparing reports and insights for senior leadership.
