You will drive the product roadmap development and execution of business systems projects & services to ensure that the work is completed on time, at high quality, and delivers business value. This job requires an experienced individual who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, recommend and institute best practices, tools and methodology towards standardization and improvement of business processes. 

What You'll Do:

• Play a key role in technical planning, requirements gathering, development, business solution architecting and testing 

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for business stakeholders, product owners and engineers for various systems in our portfolio, including but not limited to Salesforce to facilitate and prioritize demands 

• Roadmap and stakeholder management; triage incoming enhancement requests to assess scope and impact, manage backlog and sprint alignment 

• Develop and document business processes, proactively identify gaps and recommend and deliver innovative solutions 

• Interface with cross-functional teams on cross-organizational projects to ensure transparency and alignment 

• Manage third-party vendor relationships and support procurement engagement efforts, from evaluation to contract negotiation 

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a focus in sales or business systems 

• Proficient in Salesforce 

• Experience with solution architecture and implementation, and project management strongly preferred 

• Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues. 

• Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business. 

• Comfortable with and adaptable to change. We work in an innovative fast growth environment where products and processes evolve rapidly. 

• Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
