Duties:

  • Work side-by-side with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of Financial services customers.
  • Discuss with customers’ top executives strategic avenues to use Celonis capabilities to drive in-fiscal-year returns to select corporate initiatives.
  • Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. 
  • Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers.
  • Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Gather business requirements for data analytics and help in solutioning for various reporting needs in Liquidity Risk, credit risk, Basel 3 leverage exposure and CCAR reporting.
  • Work with the development and business teams to gather requirements and design target state architecture.
  • Develop a platform strategy for rapid improvements within our customers’ core operational and financial areas.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing.
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis EMS as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion.
  • Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers.
  • Run Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Collaborate with larger Value Engineering teams to discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
  • Lead business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adopting and renewing.
  • Create sales enablement and value execution programs in financial services.
  • Drive never-before-possible efficiencies by leveraging Celonis EMS capabilities to optimize end-to-end processes (loan management) rather than limited single processes.
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis EMS as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on liquidity risk, regulatory mandates, wholesale banking, mortgage industry including financial products.

 

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Information Management or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in a Financial Consulting role, or related position.
  • Experience must include: Analyzing SCM, Finance or Procurement processes; Advising C-Suite and Executive Stakeholder & Project Management on financial based business decisions regarding compliance, cost and quality; Working with Treasury and Capital Markets technology; Working with treasury instruments and the complex financial products used to manage risk; Leadership and project management; and Analyzing business requirements for data analytics and reporting needs for reporting liquidity, credit, and regulatory risk.
  • Domestic travel required 5%-10% of the time. 
The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule. $183,290—$196,000 USD
