YOUR MISSION: SCALING OUR PRODUCTION IN PILSENWe are at a pivotal moment in our global growth. Our next landmark project is the Greenfield/Brownfield expansion of our specialized powder production facilities in the Pilsen region. This is a high-impact € 12 Mio+ Capital Investment Project, designed to increase our current output capacity by factor 4 to meet surging global demand. As the lead architect of this expansion, you will oversee the entire lifecycle from the initial technical blueprints and financial modeling to the moment the first high-volume powder batch leaves the site. You aren't just building a factory, you are engineering the scalable future of our supply chain.

A Taste of What to Expect

• You will lead the end-to-end industrial scaling of production from 2,000 to 15,000 tons and driving the transition from the initial site to a fully automated, high-performance manufacturing operation across multiple sites in the future (including international expansion).
• Manage large-scale capital investments with a strict focus on ROI, IRR, and TCO. Act as the primary interface for the Management and investors by synthesizing complex data into executive dashboards, ensuring transparent updates on milestones and financial health.
• Act as the primary interface for construction companies, technology suppliers, and political stakeholders; negotiate favorable terms and foster partnerships that prioritize the company’s long-term growth.
• Own the full lifecycle of complex facility construction and commissioning, ensuring production systems are delivered on time, within budget, and fully operational (including adherence to ATEX and safety standards).
• Lead and mentor a lean engineering team, aligning internal resources (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) and making data-driven "go/no-go" decisions on capital projects to maximize company value.
• Establish standardized, repeatable engineering processes and lean methodologies to create a scalable expansion model that can be deployed across new factory locations globally.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• You “have done it before” and bring extensive Project Management experience in the Food, Ingredients or Pharma industry.
• You likely started in Engineering but have evolved into a project leader with deep Financial Acumen (ROI, IRR, CapEx Planning).
• You treat company investments as if they were your own money and act with a true ownership mentality while being demanding and resolute to reach the goals.
• You have a strong presence in our Headquarters in Munich as well as at our site in Pilsen and the location of the new production facility.
• You are fluent in English, with the confidence to adapt messaging for international audiences and diverse stakeholders. Germany and Czech would be a big advantage.
