As our Process Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with the CAPEX team, supporting production planning, managing inventory, reporting, and training operators.

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and performance
• Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues effectively
• Collaborate on production planning to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and manage product inventory accurately
• Generate and maintain daily and weekly production reports
• Train and guide operators to ensure proper process adherence and skill development

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience with automation and automated processes
• Educational or professional background in biotechnology or chemistry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Czech;  proficiency in German is a strong advantage
