About the job

The Comms Commercial Solutions (CCS) Process Manager (PM) role will be primarily responsible for policy ownership and updates, managing the relationship with our SFDC team, coordinating internal and external documentation, and running other key CCS team processes. This role will report directly to the leader of the CCS team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and take ownership of policy documents, ensuring clarity, relevance, and adherence to organizational objectives.
  • Foster and maintain structured relationships with the System Ops/SFDC team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication channels.
  • Establish and execute a quarterly Post Mortem process to analyze and learn from past experiences, providing insights to improve team operations and offering actionable recommendations to partner teams
  • Take charge of internal and external documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, comprehensive, and easily accessible for team members and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a framework for structured relationships with Pricing and other supporting teams, promoting seamless collaboration, and enhancing overall efficiency in operations.

Location 

This role will be based in the USA and will be remote.

Approximately 0-5% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $112,000 - $140,000
  • Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $118,000 - $148,000
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
