PROCESS SPECIALIST, STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS

Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, is delivering low-latency broadband internet around the world. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the point of contact for Starlink’s growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature, through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled. This is an individual contributor role that will responsible for managing enterprise account information and systems, while driving process improvements that accelerate our ability to deploy and delight enterprise customers at scale. Our ideal candidate loves simplifying complex processes, creating workflows that scale, and is excited about joining a new, dynamic team focused on realizing/growing revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply “the Algorithm” to streamline enterprise customer workflows; challenges requirements, deletes process steps, and simplifies procedures. Improves workflows across teams and with customers
  • Use internal systems to manage enterprise customer information, including onboarding, billing, and troubleshooting
  • Implement data management workflows and process improvements to reduce administrative overhead required to manage large enterprise accounts
  • Design processes and simple tools support enterprise deployment rate
  • Partner with software development, sales, finance, fulfillment, and customer support to define and simplify cross-team handoffs
  • Create and manage tools to communicate schedule, identify critical path/dependencies, and track progress to enterprise account revenue goals
  • Identify and lead implementation of system enhancements and automations to improve the internal and external system interfaces, identifying gaps and designing simple, effective fixes
  • Routinely broadcast status, milestones, and roadmap of projects to stakeholders
  • Support customer calls, meetings, and delivering on contractual requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience in customer operations, supply chain, production or manufacturing
  • 2+ years of process improvement experience within a supply chain, production, customer operations or manufacturing environment

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant experience with tools and systems used to manage Starlink consumer and enterprise customers
  • Significant technical knowledge of Starlink in at least one key area (examples: satellites, ground network, business operations, user terminals, etc.)
  • Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products or features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with external and internal stakeholders
  • Data analysis skills in Excel, VBA, and/or SQL
  • Experience using Six Sigma or other lean manufacturing concepts
  • Workflow/process mapping experience, including using tools like MS Visio
  • Experience managing complex projects and assessing schedule dependencies, risks, and conflicts
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS:

  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay range: 

Level I: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00/per year

Level II: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
