We have multiple opportunities for Process Workers to join the team, where you would be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to the manufacture of Youfoodz products. Process Worker roles are available on a casual basis (with potential for permanent) with shifts available across the morning and afternoon.

You will...

• Place food into containers, ensuring that appropriate presentation is maintained; 
• Weigh each food component as placed into container, ensuring that required weight requirements are met; 
• Sleeve meals at required pace; 
• Inform Team Leader/Supervisor/Team Manager (or other appropriate person) of any issues impacting quality or food safety in a timely manner; 
• Cleaning equipment and workspace to an appropriate standard as required; 
• General food preparation and portioning; 
• Work in a cool/hot environment.

What are we looking for...

• At least three months’ experience in manufacturing environment is preferred 
• Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Ability to learn Food Safety practices, HACCP and experience with WH&S principles
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20kg
• Knife skills required for some roles
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including day and afternoon/night shifts.
