Your Tasks:
- You are primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of CapEx projects totaling 1 million euros
- You are in constant communication with our external suppliers for detailed planning
- You work closely with the R&D and production departments
- You coordinate your project schedule and budget with the CFO and Head of Operations
Your Profile:
- You have completed your Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or alternatively, you have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in similar fields
- You have experience in hands-on project execution
- You speak German and English fluently in both written and verbal communication
- You are open to regular business trips within Europe, specifically to Pilsen
- Ideally you have established a network of manufacturers and suppliers in chocolate industry
