The Procurement Coordinator will play an important role in the procurement department as it establishes a more developed process across all of Red Ventures. This person will help in day to day operations of the procurement team, specifically to support administration of our corporate credit card and travel programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Aid in project managing corporate-wide spend-related initiatives, identifying and recommending cost-savings opportunities
  • Coordinate communications across multiple systems and teams
  • Troubleshoot and solve internal and external situations
  • Analyze and update data across multiple sources
  • Review financial accuracy and appropriateness
  • Develop internal documentation and FAQs
  • Recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to help and teach others
  • Good problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Quick learner
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel a plus

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $45,000-60,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
