We’re looking for a motivated teamplayer to join our Procurement team and take ownership of the dairy category across the DACH region. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth ingredient supply to our production sites by managing inventory, optimizing delivery schedules, and driving process improvements. • You’ll take charge of supply planning for dairy products across the DACH region, making sure our distribution centers are always stocked and ready.
• In your role, you’ll create and fine-tune delivery schedules, keeping warehouse space and ingredient availability in perfect balance to support smooth production flows.
• Using KPIs and key metrics, you’ll track waste within your category and implement proactive strategies to minimize it.
• When delivery issues arise, whether it’s on time, in full or in quality, you’ll work closely with our warehouse teams and suppliers to find effective and fast solutions.
• You’ll keep a sharp eye on forecasts, quickly spot any deviations and act decisively to mitigate potential supply risks.
• You’ll continuously improve and implement scalable processes, always with a focus on efficiency and driving operational excellence.

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, procurement or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL is a plus
• Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a high degree of ownership
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a pragmatic, collaborative  attitude and a hands on working style
