We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in TLV. In this position, you'll be deeply involved in the process of the company's purchasing and helping different business units within the company to scope, evaluate, negotiate, implement, and administer contracts.

As part of the ongoing work, you’ll collaborate with all teams across the company while working closely with senior management and a global vendor community as part of the most professional teams in the ecosystem. You will be an integral part of the company’s procurement strategy in this high-exposure role! 

 

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate price to optimize cost while maintaining a high level of quality. Handle and lead various procurement activities globally in IL, EMEA &  AUS. 
  • Work with cross-organization teams while providing excellent service to the relevant departments.
  • Create value by generating relevant savings and develop a cost reduction strategy for various fields of practice. Enjoy a variety of interesting topics: from benefits and well being activities to marketing, software and facilities commitments. 
  • Monitor and control all company existing contracts, new commitments and renewals.
  • Review contracts, proposals, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide guidelines, skills and experience to all teams: proposing ways of optimization,  presenting potential alternatives, using common tools for proposal evaluation, etc. 
  • Establishing a long-term purchasing overview, including internal and external KPI’s.
  • Maintain a long-term partnership with vendors.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a relevant procurement role, with at least 3-5 years in a tech global indirect procurement position.
  • Fluent in English and in Hebrew (written and verbal skills).
  • Build trust through personal credibility and have a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across the organization. 
  • Able to understand and work in a large scale, complex matrix environment. A strong executive presence, well-developed presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to lead business judgments and initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Problem solver and quick thinker who can connect the dots quickly and recommend appropriate support as problems arise.
  • Strong negotiation skills; Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
  • Support and resolve P2P issues in collaboration with Legal, FP&A, and AP teams.
  • Knowledge in NetSuite and Zip – an advantage.
