As the team naturally progresses, taking on a more strategic role and undergoing a transformative journey across various accounting domains, you'll have the opportunity to engage in practical business forecasting, implement ideas in ongoing projects, refine systems, contribute to the team's pursuit of excellence, manage accruals, handle processes in a fast-paced environment, and provide global value. What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Investigate and promptly resolve discrepancies and invoice-related issues
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, understanding their goals and delivering effective solutions
  • Correspond with vendors, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Oversee month-end closing activities, including vendor accruals, deferred expenses, and variance analysis
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining operational desktop procedures, ensuring organizational information confidentiality
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits

 

You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master in Accounting/Finance is required
  • Accounts payable or general accounting experience in a current or relevant position.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with any automated tool for processing vendor invoices.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to remain focused and effective amidst challenges.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
  • Possesses a conscientious and proactive work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
