We are looking for a talented Product Copywriter (UX Writer) to join our Product Content team.
As a Product Copywriter at Yotpo, you’ll be using your writing and storytelling skills to build amazing user experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day will include participating in discovery sessions with product managers and designers, conducting research, crafting top-quality in-product copy, and testing and iterating on your work.
You’ll create content for in-product flows, dashboards, navigation, and more.
What you'll do:
- Create clear, compelling, and accurate in-product microcopy
- Own every stage of the content cycle, from research to shipping the perfect copy
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders
- Share work and give feedback to teammates to ensure a consistent user experience
- Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Written English at native level - a must
- Experience in the software industry - a must
- Passionate about writing user-focused content and a great eye for detail
- Ability to independently lead a content domain and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Team player who can give and take feedback constructively
- Quick learner, with a good grasp of technical concepts
- Familiarity with user experience concepts (advantage)
