We're looking for inspired and curious people to join the design function to help develop the culture, and define principles to set the direction for the future of GoCardless products.
The team strives to deliver meaningful change to the people and processes we serve. Whether it's an internal tool or an outward-facing product, we take pride in our craft, from insight to application.
This role is focused on enabling users to onboard with GoCardless. As a regulated industry this process is complex and varies by country, so creating a simple flow to onboard our users is a critical step all our customers make. This role will also cover relevant areas of our customer support interactions, to help users through onboarding.
As the ideal candidate, you can work autonomously, are familiar with all UX best practices, and have strong visual design skills. Existing experience with user onboarding and verification in Financial or regulated products is an advantage.
