Product Designer

We are expanding our core Publishers product design team and looking for a passionate and experienced (UX/UI) Product Designer to join us. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of product designers, managers, clients, engineers, sales team and marketing to improve the business result for our publisher clients and the experience of their millions of readers around the world.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
You are an experienced product designer, have an eye for detail and can easily spot the changes and improvements needed to achieve pixel-perfect screens and impactful design solutions. In addition, you know Figma very well, are keen on how AI can enhance your work, and have strong expertise in creating and refining prototypes.You are self driven and have an entrepreneurial spirit, you're able to lead and drive your peers and stakeholders to collaborate and share their input and feedback and translate it into meaningful next steps. You know how to tackle and communicate complex challenges, and you're able to envision short term solutions as well as a long term vision, even if the tasks are unclear and elaborate.
You also believe (as we do) that a good UX Designer needs to be a 30% PM as well, and seek to influence the product’s lifecycle.
- You have 3+ years of experience in product design, experienced with B2C and B2B solutions, preferably major product companies.
- You are experienced with effectively creating & communicating complex concepts through designs.
- You have experience with validating and creating product concepts using user testing, research and other UX Tools.
- You are self driven and manage your time and priorities well, even when the way to the deliverable is unclear.
- You are a team player, with a positive attitude, “Can Do” approach and great social skills.
- You work with Figma and have knowledge of AI design tools utilization.
- You have a bachelor's degree in design.
- You have a high level of written and spoken English.
How you’ll make an impact:
Creating and iterating pixel perfect designs and ready for development mockups of B2B and B2C features. Accompanying the product team strategy through in-depth research and concept creation, together with data (qualitative and quantitative) utilization, while working closely with other product designers, PM’s, RND, and business teams.
