Product Growth Analyst (Starlink)

PRODUCT GROWTH ANALYST (STARLINK)
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Starlink Product Growth Analyst will be responsible for product operation processes such as managing & improving the global Starlink product catalog & setting pricing for new products
- Support rolling out and scaling product offerings across the globe
- Analyze financial impact, conduct A/B testing, and forecast impact of growth experiments to support the prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
- Conduct research, surveys, customer interviews, and analyses to identify points of friction and needle-moving demand generation approaches and experiments
- Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
- Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in math, economics, statistics, business, or an engineering discipline
- Professional or internship experience in management consulting, finance, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Experience in pricing research and e-commerce catalog management
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational initiatives
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Product Growth Analyst: $75,000.00 -$95,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
