What will I be doing?
You will be part of an exciting team that is focused on using data-driven insights, machine learning tools and data decisioning frameworks to optimise our collections processes. As a Collections Product Manager with a strong understanding of data and machine learning, you will work with data analysts and engineers to develop valuable tools which improve customer outcomes and drive commercial and operational value.
- Manage OKRs & KPIs for a cross-functional team that supports collections priorities, reporting on performance and progress
- Be the voice of the customer with regards to ethics on how their data is used to support positive collections outcomes
- Growing the products suite demonstrating how they drive value and identify further opportunities to shape future requirements and products to improve collections
- Key contact for multiple stakeholders across product, commercial and operational teams to support measurement of success for the collections product, managing new requirements to develop into actionable workstreams for the product roadmap.
- Evolve and monitor the product roadmap celebrating delivery of key milestones, understanding impact of change and communicate effectively with the team and senior stakeholders
- Support the day-to-day management data products, working with exceptionally talented analysts and engineers to build and maintain measurement of products including segmentation, propensity models and core data assets, with a focus on improving collections outcomes.
- Working with the product lead to develop data strategy for the collections product based on product roadmap.
- Working with the wider data community to support the development of data within the collections product area.
Is this the job for me?
- Proven experience as a product manager, with experience of productionising and scaling product to deliver great experiences for our customers.
- Familiar with common product design principles and frameworks and ability to apply those to drive product development
- Experience in agile delivery and product management, in a cross functional / matrixed organisation.
- Understand advanced analytics and data and the value of data. Know what the art of the possible is, without necessarily knowing the technical details of how it’s achieved.
- Demonstrable ability to assess opportunities and risks related to current and new products to support business plans.
- Finance or data background is a benefit but not neccisary
