Senior Product Manager

Digital is at the forefront of the experience offered by companies World-wide and is THE make or break touchpoint that impacts revenue, loyalty and customer satisfaction. The Qualtrics Digital Frontline set of offerings are the tip of the spear for our overall CX business with a large installed base and massive revenue growth of >80% year over year. In this role, you will deliver innovation centered on generating insights and driving actioning based on rich digital analytics and voice of customer (VoC) data collected through our platform. You will leverage cutting edge AI/ML techniques and finely tuned LLM models to enable insights and recommendations.

Things You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to bring core feature sets to market
- Build empathy for core personas/users and translate this into product specification documents
- Engage with customers, sales, and stakeholders to drive product improvements and usage
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and success measures.
- Help go-to-market teams in communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences and collaborate on feature positioning
- Produce clearly written product specifications aligned with strategy
- Understand customer needs and identify product improvements.
- Use data to inform your viewpoints
- Release features related to insights and actioning for our Digital analytics solutions
- Communicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in technology or software development
- An owner’s mentality, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities
