Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on managing and enhancing our Pure1 Manage product, specifically in the areas of observability and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a deep understanding of AWS and other public cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for Pure1 Manage, with a specific focus on observability and infrastructure capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development efforts with overall business goals.
• Observability and Infrastructure Enhancement:
• Lead the design and implementation of features that enhance observability and infrastructure management within Pure1 Manage.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our product offering.
• Customer Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between customers and development teams, gathering feedback and understanding user needs to inform product improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Collaboration with Engineering:
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer requirements.
• AWS and Public Cloud Expertise:
• Leverage extensive experience with AWS and other public cloud environments to inform product development and ensure seamless integration.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technologies to guide the evolution of Pure1 Manage.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure the quality of features related to observability and infrastructure management.
• Conduct regular product testing and validation to guarantee a reliable and user-friendly experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on observability and infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and other public cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Familiarity with storage and data management solutions is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud-based solutions.
