The Intelligence team is the authority on if and how we should communicate with our customers, creating tools and technology to empower any team at Wayfair to confidently send the right communications, to the right person, on the right channel, at the right time. Both Batch and Graymatter applications depend on this system to determine who notifications are sent to on a daily basis. The primary work streams include (further details at the end):

  • Subscription collection and management
  • Privacy preferences
  • List health and deliverability
  • Optimized and predictive send-decisioning

What You'll Do: 

This role requires the Product Manager to utilize technical skills, analytical expertise, and problem solving abilities to help optimize our communication channel performance. They are an expert on our Comms data, and Comms infrastructure. They help solve problems such as how to maximize the value of our list of acquired customers, how to optimize messaging and timing for different channels, and how to ensure we are getting the right message in front of our customers.

  • Product athlete experience
  • Previous professional experience with analytics
  • Proficiency manipulating and visualizing data
  • Professional experience with complex SQL queries
  • Experience working with Data Science teams
  • MarTech (Comms Platform) or AdTech experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience as an Analyst or Product Manager
