Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for a Product Manager Fiscal / Legal (f/m/d) who will help apaleo to roll out in 180+ countries!

Your Superpowers

• You have 5+ years experience in the role of Product Manager / Owner.
• You have a deep understanding of tax & legal aspects in global systems. Maybe you have worked on similar challenges for a large ecommerce merchant, a fintech or an ERP provider.
• You have a proven track record of building scalable financial systems and you are familiar with topics like: city & sales taxes, VAT handling, invoicing, accounting.
• You are a problem-solving, structured individual with high spirits and a good sense of humor.
• You are a supportive lead character and enjoy helping your team members to grow within the team.

What You’ll Be Up To

• You will be in the driver seat to make apaleo compliant in terms of tax & legal all over the planet.
• You work with related partners who help us to realize local compliance. These can be tech and/or consulting firms.
• You manage a fiscal/legal roadmap and you are part of strategic decisions in which markets apaleo can go next.
• You write epics and user stories for developers. You work with developers side by side
• This is a key role for our further development thus you should be willing and able to re-locate to Munich within your first year at apaleo.
