At Twilio Segment, we provide a single customer data platform that collects, enriches, stores, filters, transforms, and sends data to hundreds of business tools with the flip of a switch—while giving customers the freedom to extend their data pipelines in any way they need: fast, flexible, and scalable. As the Product Manager for Functions, you will own the vision and strategy for enabling customers to build and customize these integrations on their terms, without worrying about infrastructure.

Today, we process over 3 trillion invocations through Functions. With your leadership, we aim to scale that even further—empowering businesses to take their data extensibility and integrations to the next level.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Functions & Data Extensibility.
  • Drive product discovery and execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with other Product Managers, Research, Design, and Engineering peers to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics.
  • Collaborate with thousands of engaged, happy customers who want to help you drive impact on their day-to-day lives.
  • Enjoy significant autonomy and visibility among peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Manage the strategy for scaling the product to handle increased invocations and usage.
  • Be an owner of Segment’s product management culture
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in fast-paced environments, leveraging research, data, and industry trends.
  • Experience collaborating directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, empathize with their problems, and build customer-centric products that drive impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Design to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Bias to action with a focus on achieving outcomes in complex product areas.
  • Technical experience managing infrastructure products at scale.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.

Desired:

  • Passion for data, technology, and experience with B2B, SaaS, or technical products.
  • Familiarity with APIs, serverless architecture, and customer data platforms like Segment.

Location 

This role will be remote and based in India(Bengaluru, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi)
